Luftwaffe Pilots Badge FLL Damaged

Transitional badge with early Eagle.It seems the eagle as come away from the Wreath and been stuck back in at some point. I think what was used to make this repair has effected the rivets and the eagle has come off again. I feel it can very much be repair again but please study the pictures.
